Fundraising Committee
- Meet with new families during construction to ensure they are properly prepared for home ownership
- Meet with families, post-purchase, quarterly to check in, make sure everything going okay.
- Meet with homeowners who are not meeting their mortgage obligations (late payments, maintenance, etc) to determine next steps, how to fix issues.

- Review applications, correspond with applicants
- Analyze applications to select families that meet homeowner criteria
Fundraising Committee
- Help with planning and execution of fundraising events, including Golf Tournament, Women's Build, Gingerbread House Build, Blessings Project
- Solicit donations, including sponsorships, auction gifts, and gifts-in-kind (food for work site, construction materials, etc.)
- Help with the set up and management of Donor Database, including data entry of donation records and thank you's
- Develop relationships with local churches, identifying contact people at church, meeting church representatives, making presentations about Habitat to church congregations and groups, and coordinating church participation in Habitat activities (fundraising events, volunteers)
- Help publicize Habitat's programs elsewhere in the community, including outreach to local clubs and organizations, presence at local community events like the 4-H Fair, Harvest festival, etc.
